I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with an illy espresso machine and a nice minibar, but the dark ambiance was a bit off-putting. The service was efficient and friendly, though there were some noise issues. The location was excellent, near various amenities and popular areas, but there were a few discrepancies in welcoming gestures. The dining options were satisfactory with a good variety, especially during breakfast. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with both positives and negatives that stood out.
